To move in all adults living in home will need to be
approved. Application fee is $40 per adult that will live on property. You can

Move in requirements: Once approved, First months rent +
security deposit which is equal to 1 month rent plus $295 non refundable fees
+pet fees if applicable. Other fees may apply.





Proof of renters insurance required at before move in.





Tenants responsible for electricity.





No smoking.
