Pets ok with $300 non refundable fee per pet and $50 per month additional rent per pet. Non-aggressive pets only. List provided upon request.

To move in, all adults living in the home will need to be approved. Application fee is $40 per adult that will live on property.

Move in requirements: Once approved, First months rent + security deposit which is equal to 1 month rent plus $95 non refundable fees +pet fees if applicable. Other fees may apply.

Proof of renters insurance required before move in.

To view the property, come into our office at 477 Taft Ave Suite A to check out a key. Keys can be checked out Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM.
